Who we work with

Owner-operated sellers, anywhere in the US

Our clients include luxury resale and accessories sellers, alongside independent retailers in jewelry, vintage, and other categories. The common factor is a business run by its owner, supported by a storefront that demands more attention than it returns. We are based in Maryland and work with sellers in any state, by phone, text, and email.

Listing volume
Photography, measurements, condition notes, and pricing. Each item is a discrete task, and the backlog compounds week over week.
Payment scrutiny
High-value merchandise attracts closer review from processors. Requirements are rarely communicated until funds are already held.
Support gaps
Agencies send you to a help desk. Freelancers stop answering. Either way, your store stays offline.

Your time belongs to sourcing and selling. Everything else is ours.

Scope of service

Implemented, then maintained

Four areas of responsibility. You delegate as many of them as suits the business.

01 · Setup
Your store configured correctly from the outset
Most stores we take over were assembled in pieces, by different people, at different times. We rebuild the foundation so the platform supports the business rather than obstructing it, and so every later change is a small job instead of a rescue.
Configured at setup
WooCommerce configured around your sales model
Payment processing implemented and tested
Shipping, tax, and returns rules established
Product templates matched to your inventory
Migration from Instagram, Poshmark, Shopify, or a marketplace
02 · Ongoing
The recurring work that consumes an owner’s week
This is the part that never appears in a proposal and never stops arriving. Handled internally it fragments the day; handled by us it becomes a short list you approve and forget about.
Handled every week
Product listings written and published for you
Inventory and pricing maintained
Payouts reconciled against orders
Orders, refunds, and customer issues resolved
Updates, backups, and security managed
03 · Visibility
A published store and a discoverable store are not the same thing
A catalog can be complete, accurate, and entirely invisible. Search work can be added alongside operations, because the same product pages carry both jobs.
Visibility work
Technical and on-page SEO
Product and category pages structured to rank
Google Business and local visibility
Analytics reporting on category performance
Campaign development when you are ready to scale
04 · Access
The service model that makes the rest of it work
Scope matters less than reachability. Every client reaches us directly by telephone or text.

  • Training available for clients who want it
  • Direct answers rather than upsells
  • A point of contact already familiar with your store
How the engagement runs
Consultation
A working session covering your sales model, current obstacles, and the responsibilities you intend to delegate.

01

Implementation
Storefront, payment processing, hosting, and security configured or repaired. You approve before anything goes live.

02

Ongoing management
Listings, inventory, payouts, and monitoring handled continuously.

03

Growth
Once operations are stable, search and campaign work to increase qualified traffic to the store.

04

Payment operations

Processing for high-value merchandise

Resale and luxury goods receive closer scrutiny than general retail. Processors assess authenticity, chargeback exposure, and how merchandise is described. In most cases those requirements are not communicated until funds are already held.

DAY 01✓ Batch reconciled against orders, no variance

DAY 06✓ Hold released, funds deposited

Where we intervene
Configured for review
An appropriate processor for your category, configured with the business details, classification, and product descriptions that reviews examine.

01

Monitored continuously
Payouts reconciled against orders, so a hold, a discrepancy, or a missing deposit is identified early rather than at month end.

02

Escalation handled
If an account is flagged, we prepare the documentation and manage correspondence with the processor.

03

Processor requirements are rarely explained in advance. Correct configuration prevents the conversation entirely.

The business

A World Of Goods For You sells designer bags and accessories online from South Carolina, and wanted a national campaign to help designer bag and fashion lovers find the store.

What changed

Orders, payments, and layaway, once tracked by hand, now run automatically, and customers check and pay their layaway balances themselves. Within six months, dozens of its products ranked on page one of Google, competing with Louis Vuitton and The RealReal.

Common questions

Questions we are asked first

Yes, and it is the service clients rely on most. Submit photographs and item details, and we write the listing, prepare the imagery, set pricing and inventory, and publish it. Clients who prefer to manage listings internally receive configured templates and training that reduce the task from an afternoon to a few minutes.
Yes. Most holds result from a mismatch between how an account is configured and what is actually being sold. We configure the account and product information so that reviews proceed smoothly, monitor payouts against orders so discrepancies surface early, and manage correspondence with the processor if an account is flagged.
No. Most clients begin with limited platform knowledge, and many prefer to remain uninvolved in day-to-day administration. Training is available to whatever depth you want, and a number of our clients never access the admin area.
Not strictly, though an owned storefront means your business is not dependent on a third-party algorithm or account standing. We can begin at a modest scope, maintain your existing sales channels, and migrate at a pace that does not interrupt revenue.
No. Luxury resale and accessories retail is a category we know well, and it represents a significant share of our client base. The same service model applies to any owner-operated store without dedicated technical staff.
Yes. We are based in Highland, Maryland, and work with sellers anywhere in the US. The work runs by phone, text, and email, so where you are makes no difference to the service.
Pricing depends on the scope of work delegated, so we quote per client rather than publishing packages that would not fit your operation. Send a summary of what you sell and the current difficulties, and we will respond with a scope and a figure.
